Under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), personal data subjects have been granted certain rights regarding the processing of their data. As Ulucan Plastik, we carefully evaluate and conclude your applications regarding these rights in accordance with Article 13 of the Law.

Application Methods and Channels

You may submit your applications to us through one of the following methods:

• Application in Person: By visiting our facility in Yeşiloba Mahallesi in person with your identity verification document.

• Via Notary Public: By sending an official notification to our Adana address.

• Registered Electronic Mail (KEP): By sending it to our address ulucanplastik@hs01.kep.tr with a secure electronic signature.

Application Content and Information Requests

Your application must include your identity information, your relationship with our Company (such as Customer, Supplier, Visitor, or Job Candidate), and a clear summary of your request. Within this scope, you may request to learn the purpose of processing your data, request the correction of inaccurate data, or request the deletion of data for which the processing conditions no longer exist.

Notification of Response

Our response to your request can be delivered to your specified residential address, your e-mail address (the fastest method), or delivered by hand in person.
